Subscription Policy

Effective Date: July 28, 2026

This Subscription Cancellation Policy applies to all recurring subscription products purchased through Proper Tattoo using Shopify's subscription platform.

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Notice.

1. Subscription Authorization

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Proper Tattoo to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval selected during checkout.

Recurring billing will continue until your subscription is canceled in accordance with this Policy.

2. Subscription Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency selected during checkout unless canceled before your next scheduled renewal.

Each renewal authorizes Proper Tattoo to charge your payment method for:

  • The current subscription price
  • Applicable sales tax
  • Applicable shipping charges (if any)

Subscription pricing, available products, and shipping charges may change from time to time. Where required by applicable law, advance notice of material changes will be provided before they become effective.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your Proper Tattoo customer account and managing your subscription; or
  • Contacting Customer Support at info@proper-tattoo.com.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellation requests must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has been processed will apply to future billing cycles only.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Canceling your subscription will stop future recurring charges.

Cancellation does not affect:

  • Orders already billed
  • Orders already in processing
  • Orders that have already shipped

Any renewal order that has entered processing or shipment cannot be canceled and remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage eligible subscription settings through their customer account, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Payment method
  • Delivery frequency (where available)
  • Subscription quantity (where available)

Changes must be made before the next scheduled renewal date to apply to the upcoming shipment.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Proper Tattoo may:

  • Retry the payment using the same payment method
  • Notify you to update your payment information
  • Suspend future subscription shipments until payment is successfully processed
  • Cancel the subscription after repeated unsuccessful payment attempts

Proper Tattoo is not responsible for delays resulting from failed or declined payments.

7. Subscription Refunds

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable once they have been processed.

However, if your first Proper Tattoo subscription shipment does not meet your expectations, please contact us.

Although opened hygiene products generally cannot be returned, we will work with you in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Any such resolution is provided solely at Proper Tattoo's discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Subscription Products

Subscription products, pricing, product availability, promotional offers, and included items may change from time to time.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, Proper Tattoo may, at its sole discretion:

  • Delay shipment until inventory becomes available;
  • Offer a substantially similar replacement product (with your consent where required by law); or
  • Cancel the affected renewal and issue a refund for any payment collected for unavailable products.

9. Promotional Discounts

Subscription discounts and introductory offers apply only under the terms presented at the time of purchase.

If a subscription is canceled and later restarted, previous promotional pricing or introductory discounts may no longer be available.

Proper Tattoo reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

10. Termination

Proper Tattoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription account for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Excessive chargebacks
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Payment fraud
  • Misuse of the subscription program

Termination does not affect any payment obligations incurred before termination.

11. Changes to This Policy

Proper Tattoo reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Cancellation Policy at any time.

The version posted on our website at the time of each subscription renewal shall govern that renewal unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued participation in the subscription program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
